I see that Parkersburg Catholic will be having a tournament on November 15th, and Bridgeport will be hosting another tournament this year. Does anybody have a full list of possible/confirmed tournaments this year? Thanks.
Also, it is not official, but Charleston Catholic will likely be hosting a tournament later this fall. |

So far:
Sept. 13: Russell (KY)
Oct. 25: Fisher Catholic (OH)
Nov. 8: Tipp City (OH)
Nov. 15: Parkersburg Catholic
Jan. 10: Bridgeport
Just the two in-state tournaments, but I'm always on the lookout for more.
We hope to have a date for the state tournament set within the next two weeks, at the same venue.

Hello, I have a friend (former Fisher Catholic quizbowler Laura Finck, who is now at Marietta) who would be interested in reading for the Parkersburg Catholic tournament this year. Who should she contact to get more info on that tourney?

The BHS tournament will again be a combined tournament. We will have middle school (6- using Knowledge Master questions & worksheets and High School (up to and including grade 12) using NAQT & some bonuses plus some worksheets.
We may only have 2 workers per room, but we will make it work.

To register a tournament in WV - - you can contact our president CoWeaver@yahoo.com
To register to do a NAQT style tournament using their questions use NAQT.COM and then click on HOSTING. Upcoming tournaments are listed under Upcoming tournaments.
To attend a tournament in WV just make sure that Shawn (coweaver@yahoo.com) has your email address.

Do you know what type questions that Calhoun County is using?
BHS for the high school has decided to use just NAQT with bonuses (IS-78A) And, we are trying to get in at least 5 --possibly 6 preliminary rounds for every one.
Middle school will still use worksheets with Academic hallmarks questions.
