| As a word of warning - we'll be seeing some downtime with the forums over the next couple of days as we upgrade some software. |

Round 1 of the upgrades is complete.
Part of this involved deleting several hundred spam accounts that has signed up on the board through some flawed code. The code has been updated, but we had to go through and purge the accounts that already existed.
We tried to make sure that no actual accounts were affected; if yours was deleted in error, you have our apologies. |

At least the spambots weren't posting lots of junk. I've had that problem on other boards. _________________ President, WVACA |

That's because we had new registrations automatically made inactive. This prevents these messages, but made the problem of having to wade through all the spam accounts to find the few legitimate ones. We've made this easier and more timely, hopefully at a time that will see more visitors in the near future! |
